Assignment 11: proposal for Photoshop research

After my graduation, I plan to try and take some courses that will persuade me in the field of website design. I also plan to try and be a part time photographer, considering my enjoyment behind the camera. During this course I do actually expect to of learned a good amount of methods and techniques that will help me visually and technically. I already know that the learning and working with composition, colors, contrast, etc. with help me creatively and will have a good influence in the career as a web designer. Working more with blogger and the setting up of a website is something I hope to experience more of and learn more about.

As for the photography aspect, I love learning all the different settings on my camera and when I should use them. Recently, I've been so interested in wide angle photography and wish to purchase a lens in the future. Wide angles photos with shallow depths of field are photographs that I draw my attention too most and I hope to find the perfect lens that'll display that perfectly.

When it comes to Photoshop, I have been using the program for about 4/5 years now at home and now a couple years here at school. I do really love the program but I would definitely like to work with Light Room and/or any other programs available to the school that are similar (other adobe programs). As I get to know more about cameras and how to take a great photo using different setting and functions, my interest for editing is not as crazy as it used to be. I like the natural looking photos with minimal artistic editing and more natural saturation and color adjusting such the photos below. Having a softer pastel edited photograph is a technique that I also find appealing and would also like to learn how to do perfectly.
